PS5 error code CE-107975-9

has anybody encountered this error before when trying to download games or apps on the console? i have a digital edition console and tried every reset and other trick in the book, nothing seems to work. i cant even find anything related to this error code on the internet anywhere making it that much more frustrating. contacted sony support and they were less then helpful, the agent even told me she couldnt find anything on that specific code on her end. list of fixes ive tried are: soft resets, hard resets, databate rebuilding, network resets, different networks, console backup to defult settings. any help would be appriciated

not the error code i have, and its not a server issue, i can connect and play games online, download console and controller updates and game updates, but i cant download games or apps from my library or the store. all it says is something went wrong

Tried manually updating? Could be a firmware issue.

Hi, I’m getting this error, did you manage to resolve it? I’ve tried rebuilding, resetting, new account etc. Thanks!
