2060super too loud how to fix ? ( video )

hello guys i have a problem with my vga is too loud the last 2 months in game the left fan is very noisy and i cant play any game 

and in normal mode pc is bettwwen 42-47dba  (my pc case is bequiet pure 500)

Besides trying to RMA the card and get the fans replaced, I don't think there's much you can do. I'd maybe take the card out and see if there's a wire or something touching the fan, but that's about all that can be done.
