Wierd behaviour from a new PC

I have just built a computer but experiencing very wierd issue amd I do not know what's happening. Any help will be appreciated.

So when I unplug the pc cable from the wall and start it then pc's performance drops by 50% for all the hardware. Even the ssd(samsung 980 pro) will max out at the speed of 2800 mbps  and graphics performace also decreases. But as soon as I restart the pc with the cable plugged in to the wall everything works just fine then. This is really annoying now as I have to restart my pc every time when I want to play something on it. I have already tried loading optimized settings for the motherboard and it did not work.

Please help

Pc specifications:

Cpu: i7 11700k

Motherboard: gigabyte aorus pro ax wifi

Gpu: zotac 3080 ti trinity oc

Power supply: corsair 1000w 80+ titanium

Ram: corsair 32 gb 3600 mhz

What cable are you unplugging?

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

That is pretty weird. Maybe stop unplugging it from the wall

Well technically I could leave the power cable plugged in all the time but I don't want other issues arising from it just by plugging my computer to the power 24/7.

So the thing is as soon as I turn of the power switch I will have ro restart to get the full performance.

It's designed to be plugged in all the time. Many things even require it to retain firmware settings.

Hmm okay well you didn't say that.

I'd try resetting the CMOS, possibly updating BIOS

Yeah , I have already reset the CMOS and running on latest version of BIOS. The crazy thing is everything works fine when I restart and I don't know why plugging in to the power all the time, stops from decreasing the speed.

Isn't it like your mobo battery dying? and does in return to normal operation after a while or?

Futureproof your builds and try not to fry anything
