How to take off shroud from AMD Wraith Prism cooler

I want to clean the dust out between the fins on the heatsink but can't figure out how to get the black part of.

You can, but you might 100% destroy the fan. so not recomended.

Or if you are talking about taking the entire fan asembely off there are four screws at each corner. This is totaly safe.

Spray it with an air compressor. 

No cpu mobo or ram atm

2tb wd black gen 4 nvme
