RTSP STREAMING WITHOUT GIVING IP?

Im looking to stream to Friends and family using RTSP VIA VLC but dont want to hand out an ip, as i dont trust them to not hand it out to their friends and family
Any solutions?

Idea is a looping "Program schedule" like a cable channel

Host it from a vps or other cloud node? Then you can make a new ip as neeed and has much better ddos protection. you can also use it as a vpn or simmilar so your pc is still doing the work
