Budget (including currency):

I don't have a limit at the moment. It should be future-proof.

Country:

Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

The PC is mainly used for playing games. However, I would also like to stream at the same time with this new PC.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

There is currently nothing left, the entire old equipment has been sold.

So I also need two-three new monitors for the PC, a desk stand for the monitors, a new mouse, a new keyboard and a new headset.

I've picked out a few components here that I personally think make sense:

Case:

be quiet 500dx

Mobo:

MSI MEG B550 Unify

CPU:

Ryzen 9 5900X

RAM:

32GB G.Skill RipJaws V black DDR4-3600

GPU:

16GB Powercolor Radeon RX6800 XT Red Devil Edition

M.2:

Samsung 980 Pro

CPU Cooler:

NH-D15 chromax.Black

Power supply:

Be quiet Dark Power Pro 12

I’m pretty unsure which fans I should use for this build:

silent wings/ pure wings/ Noctua???

With the case, I don't know what the airflow is like.

If necessary, I would look forward to suggestions for improvement.

Furthermore, recommendations regarding the external devices would also be welcome 🙂

Thank you for the help.

Unless, you want to pay over 1455.85 euros or $1700.00 for a gpu.

I whether wait, until prices come down to buy affordable due to the pandemic.

I would suggest in getting AMD Ryzen 7 5700G

Make sure you get at least 2TB of storage. 1TB will not be enough for modern gaming, as a lot of games have 50-80GB downloads. RDR2 and GTAV are pretty up there, in terms of space needed even.

Maybe go for a 970 EVO PLUS 1TB & a 870 EVO 1TB SSD. Install most of your games on the 870 EVO, with games from Microsoft Store or Ubisoft Connect or something, on the 970 EVO PLUS. I've dedicated a whole 1TB SSD to steam, in my build.

As for the fans, you're getting a be quiet case, so maybe stick with the fans included and just add more of those.

Board is very uneccesary since its a silent build and im pretty sure you wont be doing any sort of ocing, id suggest a b550a pro instead, also a really good board but its much much cheaper than the unify, although you may also want to opt for the b550 tomahawk for extra features like 2.5g ethernet along with better ocability

Maybe go for ballistix 3600mhz cl16 or go for the cheapest 3200mhz cl16 you can find and oc to 3600mhz

980 pro is completely useless for load times unless you regularly transfer massive files such as 4/8k video, get a mushkin pilot e 2tb instead

I think a gold 850w unit should be enough, though if you are.overbuying on wattage go for a 1200w platinum psu like the hxi

Cooler is pretty silent but a liquid freezer 280 will beat the d15 whilst being quieter than one

I think pure wings should be enough for this build

be quiet 500dx is a great case and i use one myself but it's not that 'silent' actually 🙂 Only real noise dampening solution is a foam on the metal side panel , other than it is just a airflow focused case.

So if 'silence' is your top priority i would look into their other stuff which is solely focused on silent operation.

GPU : RTX 3070 Gaming X TRIO | CPU : Ryzen 5 7600 \ COOLER : Deepcool AK620 | MOBO : ASUS TUF Gaming B650 Plus | RAM : Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 16GBx2 6200 MHz \ Storage : Samsung 970 EVO Plus M.2 1TB \ PSU : Corsair TX750M | CASE : Be Quite! Pure Base 500DX Black

Yes I will make sure that I have a Pugh storage cause I know that CoD e.g. took more then 300GB space 🙂

Thank you 🙂

Which b550a would you prefer?

I will go with the ballistix I think, thank you for that 🙂

I will take a closer look to the mushkin one cause until now it was completely unknown for me.

So you wanna go with the Arctic Liquid freezer ii is that right?

Thank you so much 🙂

Oh thank you 🙂

What do you think about the Silent Base Case like the 601?

Would that be enough to “kill” the noises?

Idk i think a pure base 500 or 600 should be fine since the silent base cases are pretty expensive

I personally think for streaming, that a good airflow case is better then a "silent" case.

If you stream, you need a low noise floor and a consistent noise floor. Therefore, I'd go for an airflow oriented case, as the 500DX. It combines the low noise floor with good airflow, so your GPU wont have to ramp up the fan so much, which is more noticeable then 30db or 40db low humming.

I had a silent PC build, which had the exact same problems. So too much noice dampening will hinder airflow which raises noise.
