Samsung X cover 5

I have the Xcover 4s. I'm looking at the new xcover 5 and wondering if it's worth the upgrade. I also want to know if the batteries are interchangeable. I wouldn't mind a 15% boost in CPU speed. I'm still getting security updates for my 4s. I also have two batteries for the 4s which is handy so it would be awesome if i can use my old batteries in the new model.

If you dont really need it to be rugged and plan to replace it after ~3yrs, I suggest freeing yourself from wanting rugged phones so you can something that is more competent in specs for the price. If all you need is protection from splashes and/or drops, a good case will suffice.

 

I need my phone to handle mud, flooding, beer, and the occasional fist fight.
