how can i make zoom smooth

so the one and only reason i like chromebooks are that zooming is smooth unlike using windows anyone know how i can make windows laptops (and pcs perhaps) zoom smoothly?

this was done with a chromebook, the zooming is more  smooth then in the vid (screen recorder is trash) but much more compared to windows.

do you know how you can make windows like this
