Some programs just won't istall on my new pc! Help!

Hello, I upgraded mi pc to a Ryzen 7 5800x and Aorus B550 elite, it works really good but the problem I encounter when I was installing all my programs for first time is that first Ryzen master won't install, like the installer doesn't even finish to open and closes, no pop-ups, no error signs, nothing, I've tried some "fixes" and nothing. Also, I couldn't install any torrent downloaders like Utorrent or Bittorrent (Not an issue with antiviruses), same time I don't have the Nvidea control panel installed, and I can't install it, it works well without it, but it's just weird that this programs just won't install.

 

If you have any tips that are not reinstalling windows (that's my last resort) I would really appreciate!!
