I have tried that but there is no movement at all which seems weird to me.

Yeah, you got a cake on then. Try to soak a bit of alcohol between the CPU and the cooler with a lint free, non static building cloth.

Today I decided to remove all the parts of my old pc everything went well until I was at the part of removing the cpu cooler. The cooler I use is a amd wraith prism I removed all the cables for the cooler and made sure that the lever is pulled up but for some reason I still can't get it out and it feels like it has been glued onto the cpu.

Heat up the thermal paste by running a few minutes of cinebench/prime95 and then it's easy to remove (also still by gently twisting back and forth). I yanked my 3700x out of the socket and it stuck to the cooler. Luckily no damage to the pins or socket.

Get a hair drier or something that blows heat, and heat the heatsink.

Twist left and right until the paste breaks... ... if the cpu is broken you can be a bit more aggressive..

Though I have doubts the cpu is broken, are you sure it's not some broken bios update or something else?

I'm sure that the cpu is broken since out of nowhere it stopped posting and all fans stay at 100% speed. it could be a broken bios update but that would be weird since I have ran this bion completely fine for a long time without any problems and I haven't done any overclocking
