I need help with my laptop

Hi guys, I have an Omen laptop with a 2060 and a i7 9850 for about a year now and recently it has brought me some trouble. When the computer was brand new I was able to pull of hard games at good fps but it is going crazy. GTA, all low, got 14fps were before i had almost 100 on decently high settings. Sometimes, it even goes under 30 fps on LoL with all on super  low!! The damn computer is driving me crazy. I have tried everything, from troubleshoots from HP to reseting it, but nothing has worked.

I think it may have to do with temperature as sometimes it goes over 95Cº but I don't know for sure. I still have warranty for another year but I don't know if they can do anything. What should I do?

Well, do you ever open and clean the Laptop? It def sounds like your Laptop heatsink and fan has been clogged with dust and you need to clean it out,

 

Oh and you need to clean it thoroughly, a simple brush to clean the surface is probably not enough and compress air should be enough, though make sure you don't spin the fan blade....

I don't think soo, I but think that if it really breaks, they fix it or give me a new one

Thanks. A tech store nearby offers a full interior cleaning for 50€ but it would break the warranty, right?

Unfortunately i Cannot say for sure, you have to check that by yourself, some Laptop Allow it and some doesn't....

yea also its cheaper to do it yourself
