Why are you trying to use a USB WiFi adapter with such an overkill router?? should be PCIe if you are really looking to get every last bit of extra performance. To be honest a much cheaper (and actually better) solution is to run a long ethernet cable. 

What kind of speeds is your ISP providing you? If you are able to reach them on your current router you should be fine.

I am currently getting 50 Mbps as download and 40 as upload and my ping is 40.I am trying to get 200 + in the upload and download speed and less ping. Oh and when u say pcie do u mean network card?
