Bios Update

Go to solution Solved by Rainbow Dash,

BIOS version 7C87v15 and 7C87v16 will allow support for the 5600x on that board. So get BIOS version 7C87v16, since it is the most up to date.

I just recently purchased a ryzen 5 5600x and need to update my bios before it comes in the mail. I have a b450 motherboard (bazooka max wifi) but I need to update my bios for the zen 3 processor to work. This might sound like a dumb question but will the latest version support the zen 3 or do I need to do the version that says “supports 5000 series processors.” I left the link to know exactly what I am talking about. https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B450M-BAZOOKA-MAX-WIFI
