So without even managing it, I have broken Windows and do not care to fix it at the moment. I do however want a computer I can actually go on the internet and use. Could you guys point me in the right direction for Linux that resembles most like Windows? At least in ease of use.

 

Should be easier than trying to log into the forum on a ps3... :(

Go with mint, it is pretty much like windows. If you want osx style go with elementary or Ubuntu.

Any distro with icewm (Ice Window Manager).

 

Or if you can find it Lindows :P

 

 

Just grab the final beta release of Ubuntu 14.04. It's nothing like Windows but isn't all that hard to comprehend and use.

Thanks all for the input, downloading it right now. Windows is spontaneously working again but I have little faith in it staying that way. Going to see if I can install Mint on my secondary drive and get that working.

Could try Kubuntu.  It's just Ubuntu with the KDE desktop.
