AW3821DW return and try luck again or keep? Uniformity and yellow tints

I got my replacement yesterday for my first unit that I ordered in May. First one started glitching 5 days in and had a horrible yellow tint on almost the full right half of the screen.

The replacement doesn't have it that bad but it still noticable closer to the right edges. Unfortunately though there is dark spot in the upper center of the screen, slightly bigger than a tennis ball. 

Thinking about ordering another one to try one last time (maybe third time will be the charm). Opinions? Can I minimize the mark somehow? Overall opinion on the unit?

Dell Germany, so returns are no problem

If you bought the monitor new I'd just exchange/return the whole thing. Because it's entirely possible there is a problem on one of the control boards.
