Hey all long time watcher but new to the forum. Does anyone know what template LMG uses on their website?

They most likely hired (or have) a web-designer in house, that either made their own or highly modified a theme.

Just so no-one can complain about copyright issues.

This is just a guess. as this will be the cheapest way to go.
Ready-made even if payed for just gives to many issues and legal troubles.
(In my experience).

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

If it uses template, it's one of the legacy ones for SquareSpsce. The site has been on that service for 7 years.
