No. There's nothing that exist that will protect your phone from being damaged. Any fall can result in a broken phone depending on how it falls, regardless of the case you use. Unless your case is like 5mm thick on each sides with soft cushioning in it.

 

If you want to prevent it from dropping on the ground... just attach it to your belt or something. You'll never drop it on the drop that way.
