As someone who is not well versed in the realm of the Indian computer market, I cannot make a proper judgement. As an American in the United States, I can give you this opinion that would have some standing for this region.

I mean, CS:GO will probably run on it, but I wouldn't expect it to run very well. The 4gb of RAM alone would make it so nothing other than CS:GO can be running in the background for it to have any hope of running smoothly. If you're planning on buying it, don't, as there are a ton of used gaming laptops on the market that would provide exponentially more performance for the same price/similar price (probably, I'm not versed in the Indian laptop market, just going off how it is in the states). If you already have it, CS:GO is free, so download it and see if the game runs.

336 US? save up more, until around 500 US i'd say.
