what does this cinebench error mean

It means cinebench crashed. Not all error logs are what you think they are.

Clearly your system is not stable.

So why would Cinebench error give you more details? Its not equivalent to troubleshooting issues. Its purpose is to test system performance and maybe basic stability. Though there are much better tools for testing stability.
