Can I use pci-e gen 4 ssd with pci-e gen 3 system

You technically can, but it will run at PCIE Gen 3 though, unless you have extreme loads on the SSD in which you know you will saturate and exceed the Gen 3 bandwidth limit though, you'll be fine.

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

Yes, you can. PCIe is backwards/forwards compatible so it will work but you will be limited to PCIe 3.0 speeds.

Yes you can, Gen IV is backwards compatible with Gen III (and II/I I assume) and vice versa, but it will run at that speed of lowest generation, Gen III in this case
