Noise levels fading out

Hi, I've been having problems with the noise levels on my windows 10 computer. When I listen to Spotify the sound will randomly fade down until I don't hear anything. Then as soon as another sound is played (ie on discord, or chrome) Spotify noise comes back. And eventually it drops back down.

 

I am on windows 10, my headphones are the Razer Nari Wireless and my Spotify version is 1.1.61.583.gad060c66-a

Is discord running? (if so close it)

 

Also open the Windows sound mixer and see if it changes there.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!
