You can easily get up to 5600X, and i would swap the 3060 and the Corsair stick with a 3080 (if ya gonna wait might as well wait for the best) and a more suited performance stick like Crucial Ballistix 3600 CL16.

Personally I would look at a larger cooler, jumping from the 60$ nh u12s to a 100$ bequiet dark rock pro 4 is pretty big for only 40$ extra

the case supports particularly large air coolers and that would be a pretty good option.
