Faulty motherboard and CPU

Hello, I've been having this issue where I'll be playing a game and my monitor will freeze, but I can still hear the audio and my computer is still running. I'm unsure if its a graphics issue or a monitor issue. When I reboot my computer, the graphics drivers have uninstalled themselves and I have to redownload them every time this occurs. Any ideas as to what might be going on? Thank you!

Ryzen 3400g

ASRock A320 Motherboard

16GB 3200 RAM

500gb M.2 SSD + 2TB Samsung SSD

400w PSU
