Reinstalling on SSD won't simply work, you then need to allocate the origin games folder on the SSD as the source folder for origin. From my past experience you can only allocate one folder though so keeping titian fall on the HDD may be an issue, you might be able to allocate two folders just check in the settings.

Yes it will. Unless you have the disk, it will take a long time.

Origin isn't different from Steam in handling this. I have BF4 running from SSD and all other Origin games on HDD. Just selecting where it downloads games before installing does the trick for new installs.

uninstall them both. Install change the install location of origin to your SSD than install BF4. After BF4 is done downloading change the origin install location back to your HDD. Than install Titanfall. Origin will remember where BF4 was installed.

Wrong, you do not need to uninstall anything.

Origin is like Steam, it will detect the files and rebuild any registry entries and create a new desktop icon.

You can also remove individual DLC packs if you don't use them or just need space

by moving the Xpack folder out of the games folder and rechecking the files.

When you want the DLC again, just move the Xpack folder back and recheck the files.

To prevent Origin from trying to redownload the DLC you just go into settings and tell Origin to ignore "Non-critical" updates.

used this before.

I think a lot of people have moved off BF.  BF3 still has quite a few servers and so does BFBC2
