Is the Cooler Master GeminII M4 Worth it Over Stock Cooler?

This is what the GeminII M4 is BTW:

http://us.coolermaster.com/en/product/Detail/cooling/geminii-series/geminii-m4.html

I'm building a new rig and my case is definitely going to be the Define R4 Black Windowed case. For now I was just planning on using the stock cooler, and maybe get a nice water cooler a year or so from now for extreme overclocking. I realized that a stock cooler would look really bad with a windowed case. I really like cooler masters cases, fans, and coolers, but I've never used one of their lower end coolers. I would just use this a placeholder and just replace the fan it comes with a cooler LED fan or a higher performance fan. Would this benefit me for the ~$40 or would sticking with the stock cooler be worth it. Also this would be silent if I went with a silent fan, and I would like my new rig to be silent. Also I'm not going with a big air cooler because I don't want the fin stack to be super close to the windows taking away form the appearance. What do you think of this idea?

This Cooler is ugly anyway. This is what I would do. Buy a 212 Evo and change the fans to like quiet ones. And you are good to go for a year. I don't know about that things performance though.

DId I not say "Also I'm not going with a big air cooler because I don't want the fin stack to be super close to the windows taking away form the appearance" ??? Also If all you see is the fan from the window, I;m just going to put a good looking fan where the stock one is.

Did I mention the GeminII is more of a hassle to install since it covers like its own mounting holes...

212 is Money Saving and decent Looking.(after you paint it black) = Master Race
