S20 Ultra 5G Vs S21 5G Vs iPhone 12

Hi, out of an S20 Ultra 5G, S21 5G and an iPhone 12, which do you think is best? I can get all 3 for around the same price.

S21 Ultra is obviously better than the S20 Ultra. Considering the iPhone, the S21 Ultra also should be generally better because of more versatile cameras and better display but you may very well prefer the iOS and the Apple ecosystem.

I prefer iPhones for the ecosystem + actual good software support instead of a flagship being dumped when the OEM gets bored of it, so I'd go with the 12.

I was actually talking about a standard S21

Decide on an ecosystem first, then the specific phone. And that isn't something we can definitely say one is "better" than the other. Total preference.

My daily driver is an S21 5G now. Coming from a Google Pixel 2, so quite a difference. Was never an Apple follower.

Can't say which is best of the options you gave, but that will be up to your needs. I got the S21 because the Pixel's battery was showing its age and I needed something that would take me through the entire work day. The camera quality is good although I have a preference for how the Pixel handles colours/blur/sharpness, and the screen is great!

Most mid-to-high end phones these days will do the basic things well. The distinguishing features will be the ecosystem, battery life, camera, screen and long-term support.

While I'm not an iPhone person, I got my wife the 11 Pro because she just needed something that works, will get updates and is an overall good performer. If taken care of well, iPhones also hold their value for much longer than their Android alternatives, so if you're a frequent upgrader, keep that in mind.
