GTX 1070 weird grainy/pixely textures in a lot of games - GPU faulty/dying?

So since a few weeks i have noticed a lot of weird looking graphics in a lot of games, especially newer ones (Biomutant/Outriders/Cold War/ARK/Godfall/Outward). Weird textures are mostly on moving things (plants/characters), or on fur, not on static objects.

My GPU is undervolted with MSI Afterburner, but i had the issues before undervolting. (Now in most games it doesn't go over 76-77C°, so it isn't overheating)

I have tried everything from DDU and reinstalling drivers several times to trying different graphics settings in game/ in Nvidia Control Panel (was thinking about it being some kind of issue with Anti-Aliasing or SSAO). But nothing helped. Did my GPU get faulty over time or is is slowly dying. Or perhaps something else?

Nope your card is not dying. These are either driver or game related issues. Do a clean install after uninstalling drivers with DDU.

Can you take screenshot of the problem in Biomutant so I can compare with mine?

Also download HWiNFO and check your card hotspot while playing games.

Sorry for the late reply, i was reinstalling windows and stuff.

Hotspot of my card is mostly 10-11C° above the normal card temp, so seems just fine. https://imgur.com/keBye6v

Are you using a global sharpening in the driver setting?

Yeah, I had similar bad dithering in BioMutant as well. Same thing as in Monster Hunter World. I guess that how the driver or game engine were optimized for transparent textures and shadows.
