Switching from Wrath Stealth to Noctua

DeanJ

I wanted to ask a simple question:

Is it worth ditching the industrial given Wrath cooler for Ryzen CPUs and getting a Noctua (Specifically Noctua NH-D15)

Even more specifically:

A Ryzen 5600x or 5800x with a Noctua NH-D15

It depends on your use, if your planing to overclock the cpu, then noctua d15 is good choice.

But if are not going to overclock and run in the stock settings the stock cooler is enough.

My recommendation would be, if your budget allows you to have the cooler,go for it.

Hope I was helpful😊

For the 5800x yes but for the 5600x no a hyper 212 or 34 esports duo will do the job

Yes. The Wraith is a pitiful cooler. Just about anything would be better. You don't need a D15, though. You'd be fine with a U12S for either of those chips.

Thank you very much.

I'll most likely combine a 5600x with a CoolerMaster Hyper 212.
