Use screws that hold your laptops hdd in?

SSDs don't come with mounting hardware typically. The screw should be with your laptop.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Most laptop devices are held down to place with tension clips rather than screws. For couple of reasons. What laptop and how is your current drive/device mounted? Have you check laptops manual?
