My secondary Drive HDD makes a tick/click when loading/operning programs like hwmonitor??

I am wondering if my hdd is fine and it makes the noise when seeking.

I use an 4tb Seagate 5200rpm 3.5 HDD for storage and massive games with a 250gb SSD as OS and if there is an issue I have nothing important on there mostly games/videos.

The HDD is

ST4000DM004-2CV104 5200.11 RPM

I do have another same drive that makes the same noise to so I am guessing since there slower you hear the seeking more.

When did you purchase these and can you look through your purchase history and link to the exact page you bought these from? Because this exact model of HDD appears twice on amazon. One is used/lower quality, and the other is the real deal straight from seagate. 

Fuck you scalpers, fuck you scammers, fuck all of you jerks that charge way too much to tech-illiterate people. 

Unless I say I am speaking from experience or can confirm my expertise, assume it is an educated guess.

Current setup: Ryzen 5 3600, MSI MPG B550, 2x8GB DDR4-3200, RX 5600 XT (+120 core, +320 Mem), 1TB WD SN550, 1TB Team MP33, 2TB Seagate Barracuda Compute, 500GB Samsung 860 Evo, Corsair 4000D Airflow, 650W 80+ Gold. Razer peripherals. 

Also have a Alienware Alpha R1: i3-4170T, GTX 860M (≈ a 750 Ti). 2x4GB DDR3L-1600, Crucial MX500

Whats your drive activity? At 100% thrashing is to be expected. If not, Sounds like you got yourself a DoA or a scam unit as @Nathanpetepointed out.

Less then a month.

It makes a tick sound when seeking I think it is ok anyways.

I backed up incase.

Scanned it and it says healthy
