Well your biggest challenge is going to be the power supply unit (PSU) is the Dell SFF won't fit in the new case (it's too small, unless you want to jury rig things)

I'm having trouble finding a good image of the Dell motherboard, but in the past, Dell's SFF mobos use funky connections for power, so a new PSU may also be a problem.

Ok,

Here is the service manual on the Dell.

https://dl.dell.com/topicspdf/inspiron-3471-desktop_service-manual_en-us.pdf

(start at page 14)

The powersupply connections are non-standard, so you are going to have your hands full making all this fit.

Ok, so what would you be keeping from the Dell? The RAM and SSD?

the ssd , the ram for no reason , the case , the optical cd drive , the psu and the power button.  might put an m.2 in the b365m mobo if it has one , and some rgb strips to go with the cooler.

You want to transfer what parts, exactly, from the Dell, to the Rosewill case?

Ok, well the PSU that works with the Dell 3471 mobo is custom, and very small, as I mentioned before, it will not fit in the new Rosewill case, and the cables may not be long enough to reach the mobo so you have some modifying to do to get everything to fit.

ill get a new psu and mobo , swap the cpu over to the new mobo and reapply thermal paste , maybe liquid metal paste , and install the psu where it goes , might go with a purple space theme , because that is the color of the coolermaster aio.

Then that should work, and sell off the remaining Dell parts and recoup some of your cash
