What kind of dollars are you using?

What's the system being used for?

Why Win8.1 Pro or such a large case?

This belongs in the New Builds and Planning section. I'm moving the thread.
Please post in the correct sub-forum in the future. Do not just dump your threads into General Discussion.

What is the intended usecase going to be? Also do you need peripherals or monitor?

You wrote 3000$, but the build you posted is about 1500$, so what is your actual intended budget?

Dumb Question: What is a Barracuda?

The name of a 2TB harddrive made by Seagate. Like a Toyota Prius, Prius is just the name of the car like Barracuda is the name of the HDD

Don't make duplicate threads for the same build. I'm merging the threads.

Keep it to a thread per build.
