what ever portable drives i plug into my case USB 3.0 sockets give issues they ever connect and disconnect constanlty or when transfering from one portable Drive to another the transfer starts going and then slows to 0 and the drive disconnect and then reconnects.

But if i plug my case USB 3.0 cable to my Usb 2.0 motherboard header using adapter cable all issues dissapear.

USB disconnect issues are widespread across different Ryzen chipsets and CPUs and are almost impossible to pinpoint. Check if your motherboard has any BIOS update addressing that or any update at all. Before all that however, did you try with a different cable?
