Im making my pc pack recently and im am wondering is it a good idea to buy a
motherboard(X99) and Cpu(Intel xeon) from aliexpress. I will send the links to the parts

Depends on what you plan on doing. I am personally not a big fan of aliexpress motherboards, especially when that much money is on the line.

Im planing to do 18-20 core intel monster, but yes mother board is quite overpriced but i heard this is one of the best x99 boards on ali

But mostly im concern about this Cpu, it only cost 220$ and it stinks  a litlle with a scam

That CPU is way overpriced. Honestly, I can't recommend this system. For this price you could get something like in Intel 11400 and B560
