My CPU temperature is 90-100 degree on idle

I already changed my thermalpaste and clean the dust off my fans but the cpu temp is still 90-100 degree ON IDLE. Why is this happening? Im using aio cooler for my i7-9700k

Well, in the photo you are showing, the cores are individually used 100%? Are you sure your PC is idling?

Yea 100% sure. Im only using firefox tho.

 

Now it's normal but sometimes it goes up to 100

Well check task manager and see why it is at 100%.

 

As for the pump you should be able to see rpm values for everything that is connected to the board in the bios at least. Check to see what the pump is running at it should at the very least be over 2000rpm for a decent flow of liquid.

It's normal as for now but im sure it was the task host window or something that caused it.

Did you check if your fans are spinning?

Pump is working as intended but none of your fans are working it seems. Are they properly connected?

You might have a lax fan curve set up and thus cooling is not adequate.

 

What case do you have and where/how is the aio mounted (a couple pictures go a long way too).
