Probably rx 570 4gb or a 580 for AMD 

1650 or a 960 for Nvidia maybe.

Obviously get more value used, but the markets are crazy either way right now.

As far as we know, this'll go into 2022 or even 2023. There's a global chip shortage happening, and demand is at an ultimate high. Bad combo if you ask me.

there is about to be a flood of GPU's going onto the second hand market, as there has been a cryptocurrency crash. I'd wait another month. Although if you cant wait another month I'd go for a second hand 1030.
