Guys,I need some help.....in my country both the zotac rtx 2060 (not amp) and the sapphire pulse rx 5600 xt are 400 dollars.Which one should i get?

Depends on the games you play. The cards to back and forth depending on the title. Look up reviews, see if they have your games, and decide with the information you've learned.

Look up benchmarks for the games you play most and see if one card has a decisive advantage in any of those. Or if you have any serious plans to stream, the 2060 might be worth picking because of the NVENC encoder. The 2060 can't actually do ray tracing worth a damn, so don't bother worrying about that. 

 

I will say that Sapphire has a significantly better reputation as a maker of AMD cards than Zotac does as a maker of Nvidia cards. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
