Can we replace lower rpm laptop fan with higher rpm one?

Hi,

I will be cleaning and repasting my laptop. So I was wondering maybe I can also replace my fans with higher rpm ones? Is it possible? Will it work? Is it safe?

Laptop dell Inspiron 7577 

I am thinking of this because during winters temps are good... But in summers it overheats and there is noticable thermal throttling during gaming.
