My take :

- You don't need dual 144hz monitor, you only can game with 1, so i pick 1440p main, and 1080p secondary.

- Windows only $15, no need for antivirus.

- 3700x, if you can find 5600x better.

- RTX 3060 for $460, get that first before it's gone!!!

Note that this is an American list, OP is (most likely) Canadian.

Also, that 3060 isn't actually in stock. PCP just lists it as "in stock" but in reality its "coming soon"
