Sli option not appearing

XL-Combo

Helped build this pc fully tested all components and had 2 way sli working but for some reason sli option isn't showing up with 3 cards. Owner has a 3 way connector and I checked and double checked to make sure the board is sli capable and has 3 16x slots what could be the issue?

But in the picture, only two cards have been connected together, not all three?

Also, man. Since SLI is already not really a good option, I’m surprised anyone wants to subject themself to 3 way lol.

It looks awesome in the machine, but man it causes lots of performance inconsistency.

This motherboard is not compatible with 3 way SLI. The CPU only has 16 PCIe lanes which are split between the two top cards. The third card would be forced to use chipset lanes and therefore isn't compatible with SLI.

Generally you need an HEDT system to make it work, like an X99 motherboard.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Even for LOL, micro stutter is an issue. The best gaming experience will be on a single card.

Unfortunately it can't even do 8/4/4 because the last x16 slot isn't connected to the CPU. It only goes to the chipset if I recall.
