Do you already own the 3060 Ti?
If not, how do you suggest buying it for $0?

 

Also, 1x8GB RAM no. Get 2x8GB - makes a big difference.

You don't need the CPU cooler - 11400 stock cooler will work fine for now.

I plan on getting the 3060 later on like a year or so, once the shortage is over and prices go down to normal, will the stock cooler be enough?, I plan on getting another stick of 8gb ram later on.

The stock cooler will work fine, yes.

Instead of buying the cooler, get a 2x8GB kit of RAM. It will improve gaming performance on the iGPU by almost double.

You can buy a used Graphics Card, this will at least give you something to game with until you can get your hand on a new GPU.
