best Aircooler would be something like the dark rock 4 Pro, deepcool Assasing 3 or noctua nhd15

More case airflow will help theres only so low you can get without alterior methods like pelier cooling.
This really isn't a serious question as it has no actual point/goal that has a gain.

There really is no reason to have a cpu that cold without some reason like OC's or some weird other thing.

 

Sure there are coolers that can get you cooler but whats the point?

if you are just gaming, the stock cooler should a good enough job
