Questions about RAM on gaming

So i watched a lot of videos on YouTube about people playing games like COD Advanced Warfare, COD World War 2, COD Infinity Warfare, COD Remaster and COD BlackOps 3 running at 4GB DDR2 ram here are the videos

So my PC has core 2 quad q6600 GT1030 4GB RAM but i can't run these games without it stuttering and lagging like hell. In the videos they even have lower RAM usage than me, I tried turning all applications off but still the same thing. Its really weird because i can run games like DOOM 2016 and Resident Evil 2,3 remake on my PC without much issues but any COD games released after 2013 barely runs on my system so what could be the issue?

the videos you linked are 3-5 years ago. Your system is in now way from a software standpoint the same as the system in those videos.

your gt 1030 is also significantly slower than a 750 ti

I am not even sure how BO3 launches on 4G ram. It would crash instantly on my 8G 3570K system and would only launch after I installed other dimms to get 16G. RAM size is your limiting factor then followed closely by your CPU and GPU.
