Are these specs good to play minecraft and is a pre built pc with them worth 170€

Prozessor AMD A 10 4x 3.7Ghz
16GB Ram DDR 3
DVD Brenner von LG 
Sharkoon Gehäuse mit roten LED Lüftern (2 Stück)
400W ATX Netzteil
2TB SATA II HDD
Grafikarte on Board wobei ca. 4GB vom Arbeitsspeicher dieser zugeiwesen werden können.

170 euro is a pretty bad price imo. I wouldn't pay more than half that.

That's a POS. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
