How to Use Direct X 12 Ultimate?

I've been doing research into DX 12 Ultimate, and it says that my PC is DX 12 Ultimate ready (Ryzen 5 5600x, Radeon RX 6700XT), but no one says how to enable it anywhere! How do I use it?

Games use it, not you. If a game doesn't support it, then there's nothing you can do, but also if a game supports it, there's nothing you need to do.

You don't.

DX12 is a API Developers can use when creating Visual Based Applications such as Games.

DX12 Ultimate is just a feature update to DX12.

Either the Application is built utilizing it or it isn't.
