What is this cable?

Go to solution Solved by Electronics Wizardy,

Thats a molex to floppy adapter.

This cable came with my psu and I originally thought it was a SATA to molex adapter but the one end sure doesn’t look like SATA. What is it for?

It's a Molex to floppy adapter, for people like me who use floppy drives.

I should probably get one. It may be why my floppy drive is no longer working (I'm running it off of USB power).

PLEASE STOP [Killing] ME I WILL GIVE Y OU ANOTHER DEAL.

The last time i used a floppy was 16 years ago...

Once USB drives were a thing i adopted them quickly.
