I got a text message saying that if I click a link ( provided in the message) then I can get back into my Instagram account, but my account works fine and when I googled the number it says it's from Jamaica. Should I be worried???

If you have access to your account, it's probably just scam. Like the ones you get in your email about your PayPal account that you don't have. I have been getting those for years.

 

To answer your question, you should start to think about worrying.

Spam/scam. Never click links that come from numbers, emails etc. you don't know or haven't just requested.
