No as this is mainly for work from home and she wants a desktop

You can get an i5 sff optiplex and an ssd for around 150$. You could also probably get a low profile gt 730 for 30-50$ or so since the integrated graphics on 2nd/3rd gen cpu's aren't that great and the Optiplex may not have an HDMI port.

Buy a cheap used (~5yr) Dell or HP unit, upgrade with an SSD and maybe more RAM, standard keyboard and mouse, some no-name 19" DVI/HDMI monitor (even VGA will do, provided the case has a VGA output!) and be done with it. Linus did a video about it, even light gaming could be possible (at realistic expectations) for under 150 USD. (but that didn't include keyboard, mouse and monitor)

be careful on that, most dell/hp motherboards and power supplies are non standard and won't work in a regular case.
