My GPU IS AT 100 PERCENT and my frame drops from 120 to 10 fps

I have a new laptop which isn't actually for gaming...bt it has i5 11th gen and a mx350 2gb graphics......and 8 gigs of ram.....i am trying to play valorant ..bt my frame rate goes from 120 to 10 ....and my gpu goes to 100percent.As far a i know valorant isn't such a demanding game....all the drivers are updated i hope some can suggest something

GPU being at 100% isnt a problem

 

This is most likely temperatures causing a problem. Check your cpu and gpu temperatures.
