Looking for the best Raspberry Pi CM4 handheld.

I have been looking at handhelds for mobile gaming and the Anbernic RG350M seems great but it's got an older chip and I know the CM4 devices will run newer games more easily.  I just don't want to buy into old technology when new stuff is here.

Firstly there is this https://pipci.jeffgeerling.com//boards_cm/retro-lite-cm4.html but will cost you an arm and a leg when finished. Secondly you can get the piboy dmg https://www.experimentalpi.com/ which runs a full size pi4. I personally have one, particularly I don't like the button placement (vertical) and the fan gets a little loud due to being low quality. Which might just be defective. Lastly these have been rumoured to be coming 

Which were leaked in January 2021.
